The Process
Starting after signup
After you sign up, you will be sent our Getting Started Packet, where you will find a detailed description of each step required. The big part is to fill out the sample quotes for your area. These are used to customize the rates for your prospects. You will need to run sample quotes for certain year builts and square feet. You will also need to provide an average cost per square foot to rebuild in your area. We can help get this setup and completed.
Developing the Prospect List
Every month, we will pull a new set of prospects for you, run them through the quoting software and send you the list. You will be given the chance to remove prospects from the list or to change the quotes if needed. About 10 days later, we will load the quote list into the email server so the campaign can begin.
Part 1 of the 2 part Campaign
The first part of the campaign is a series of 3 emails driven by the xdate. 60 days before the xdate, the prospect will get an email from you introducing yourself and talking about the upcoming homeowners renewal and that you will be sending them a personalized quote.
47 days before the xdate, they will get the quote in their email.
33 days before the xdate, they will get a followup quote as a reminder of the impending renewal.
This provides 3 touchpoints in the first month.
Part 2 of the 2 part Campaign
Every month, the prospect will get a followup email from you that will help position you as an expert in your field. These emails will cover a range of topics, such as how to deal with a new teenage driver or what to look for in a homeowners policy. There are also email templates that talk about the importance of life insurance, umbrella coverage, etc. Help your prospects stay informed. This provides 11 additional touchpoints throughout the year.

We will customize a campaign template just for you. Start with any of our proven templates and then add your logo, name, address, website, make it yours.
Quality Assurance and Email Process
After you approve the prospect list, it will be loaded into the email server. From there, everything is automated. Everyday, the server automatically scans for what emails need to be sent and sends them.
The server will automatically merge the quote data onto your customized email template as it sends the quote.
We strictly comply with CAN-SPAM rules and the server will automatically manage any bounce emails as well as unsubscribes. This will keep your list clean and up to date.
