The first part of the campaign is a series of 3 emails driven by the xdate. 60 days before the xdate, the prospect will get an email from you introducing yourself and talking about the upcoming homeowners renewal and that you will be sending them a personalized quote.
47 days before the xdate, they will get the quote in their email.
33 days before the xdate, they will get a followup quote as a reminder of the impending renewal.
This provides 3 touchpoints in the first month.
Part 2 of the 2 part Campaign
Every month, the prospect will get a followup email from you that will help position you as an expert in your field. These emails will cover a range of topics, such as how to deal with a new teenage driver or what to look for in a homeowners policy. There are also email templates that talk about the importance of life insurance, umbrella coverage, etc. Help your prospects stay informed. This provides 11 additional touchpoints throughout the year.
